Question: Do you lose weight replacing juices for water!?
i've started a week ago, replacing all my fluids to water!. I've never drank soda, only juices!. i still eat the same as before, but i just wanted to know if i'll lose a little weight !?

Yes it will help!. You have to remember that fruits are loaded with carbohydrates and make you gain weight, there is also sugar in them too which also makes you gain weight so replacing that is good!. Next drinking alot of water in itself haelps you loose wight because when you burn calories, water helps flush out your body to help remove the fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Mar, drinking water is very key in losing weight! Especially because juices contain so many unnatural sweeteners!. Drink 6-8, 8oz a day!. The plus side, water makes you fell fuller faster so you should drink one of those before each meal!. YES!!! People who drink a lot of juice and soda dont realize how many calories they are consuming!. If you drink 6 glasses of soda or juice you easliy consume 800 calories, and thats just from fluids!. Maybe try drinking some coffee with sweet and low or some green tea with a tsp of honey since its a natural sweetener!. And of course, water is #1!. It won't be very filling but IF you must!.!.
I wouldn't recommend normal reconstituted orange juice because it contains a lot of sugar therefore kilojoules!.
I would recommend juices like carrot, celery, apple, watermelon etc!. V8 juice is also good!.

Yes, replacing all fluids to water is great because your cutting out the sugar in your diet which is always good, but if you want to go to a different level of weight loss check this site out!

juice is really no better for you than soda sugar wise!. caffeine will help jump start your metabolism - try low carb rockstar or starbucks skinny vanilla latte!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
