Question: How much calories should I be having per day during a diet!?
I'm a 17-year-old high school student(girl)!. I have been wanting to cope my binge eating issue and lose some weight, and I really want to get over this now!.!. So!.!. I work out hard everyday during PE (PE sounds like nothing but the coaches at my school do make us work!.) and I'm also about to be in the basketball season which means I'll be running a lot more!. and I was wondering !.!.!. how much calories should I be eating per day!? I want to lose 2-3lbs a week!. If 2-3lbs a week sounds too much, give me some good advice!. By the way, my height is about 5!.4ft(165cm) and I am on the verge of being over weight!. 2-3 pounds is what is recommended!. As far as calories drink a cup of coffee in the morning and drink a lot of water, will burl more!. And the intake of calories should be 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, a gram of carbs per pound of body weight, and !.25 grams of fat per pound of body weight and when you don't workout, cut carbs in half so !.5 per pound of body weight!. You should lose some weight, I would also recommend a fat burner called the ALRI Tri Lean system, it does work
