I took slim quick for about a month and found that it did nothing for me!. I work out and try to eat healthy so I was well aware that it was not a miracle pill but I did think it would help me boost my results!. It did not curve my appetite, nor did I get increased energy, and unfortunately when I started drinking 2pills like the directions specified I found myself sick!. I have tried hydroxycut in the past and that definitely helped I lost 10lbs in one month in conjunction of my exercises!. So I say if you ever did try something try hydroxycut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
