Question: Is there any way to make me feel hungry less!?
I need to stop eating so much but i'm always so hungry!. I don't want to take any tablets or medicine and i drink plenty of water usually about 15 glasses a day!. In a space of 6 hours today i ate!. A full pineapple, half a rockmelon, 3 bananas, 2 oranged, 6 pieces of toast, 2 cans of baked beans, 3 big cookies, a subway footlong meatball roll and 2 bowls of coco pops!.
And i'm still really hungry :P!. Its not healthy i know and yes i am overweight due to the fact i dont go to the toilet much for the amount of food i eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are a few things you can do to make yourself feel fuller!. Reduce the amount of sugar you eat as this will hardly contribute to feeling full, and try and reduce the fat in your diet!. Make sure you eat breakfast every day, preferably something like muesli, toast or yoghurt, and eat 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day rather than 2 or 3 big meals which will leave you more prone to snacking in between!. Also, eating protein (eg meat, eggs) and carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta) will help you feel fuller for longer; just make sure you are not eating more that you require otherwise the excess can be stored as fat!.
Also, if you think you're not going to the toilet often enough make sure you're getting plenty of fibre (bread, green leafy vegetables) or try taking fibre supplements like Metamucil, as these help with digestion of food and movement in your bowels (sounds gross, but it is important)!.

Instead of indulging like that eat 6 smaller meals a day!. for instance:
Breakfast: a bowl of special K and 1 egg scrambled with cheese and 1 apple if your still hungry
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 1 bag of salad with low cal dressing and grilled chicken
Snack: 30 mini pretzels
dinner: Turkey with a large portion of steamed veggies and some brown rice
snack:Piece of fruit

Increase your saturate dfat intake by a lot!. This will satiate you so you can reduce your portions!.
