Is not eating healthy?!

Question: Is not eating healthy!?
Well I eat like eggs and a sandwich in the morning but from 8am-5-9pm or later, I don't eat anything!. Is that healthy!?

What should I do to prevent unhealthiness!?!?

Is it possible that i can loose weight if I eat in morning, then like eat nothing and then eat a big meal at night!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Just eat 3-5 small meals a day!. because if you don't eat, your body will bloat and start using its fat reserves!. That's why anorexic/bulimic(spelling!?) people don't get skinny for a while, their fat reserves are supporting their bodies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are people who advise eating one big meal in the morning then a little one at night as good for losing weight, and others who advise having many small meals throughout the day!. Personally I think whatever you're comfortable with should be fine as long as you're providing your body with the nutrients and energy you need each day!. Healthiness should be more the types and amounts of food you're eating rather than the timing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key for losing weight is easy - consume less food and workout more - the difficulties surface when we actually try to put that into operation! There are plenty of opportunities to fail out there don't you think!?! I learned some splendid help by visiting the web portal in the box below, they have plenty of guidance, I shed 10 pounds by following their techniques!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating less in the evening better than not eating the whole afternoon then have a large meal at night!. you could die having acute hemorrhagic pacreatitis!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
