Question: How to loose weight quickly!?
ive been pretty "down in the dumps" this winter cos of fights With so called Friends and things like that so i ate alot n slept alot so i wouldn't have to deal With it!. but i ended up putting on alot of Weight n most of it went straight to my bum n thighs,
i want to loose weigh for summer, which is starting now here

Getting rid of fat is the simplist bit of dieting!. Keeping the lost weight off is the hard bit!. This is when you need to try getting a skipping rope or just take a walk or something!. Well!.!.!.gaining weight Is kinda annoying!.!.!.but I Recommend that you drink lots of water!.!.!.Most likely 2 or 3 bottles per day!. And about exercise!.!.!.Maybe you should jog in place for 5 minutes everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
