Superb!. If you do it regularly you can be perfectly healthy for the entire life long period!. You will be wonderful to live an energetic life and can do a lot of great deeds to your body!. If you mean weight loss by 'wonder' then it depends on your weight & metabolic rate!. Usually it takes 2 months at least to lose those extra pounds!. But if you contiue eating unhealthy food then it would take longer!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
