Question: Ok so ive just started doing weights and i need some help!?
which is better for faster results!.!. free weights or machine weights!? and what weight workouts should i do (hopefully that made sense) :)!.!.

you will get faster results on free weights because your stability muscles have to do a lot more work!. Free weights have a higher risk of injury so I do not recommend them starting out until stability muscle has been build up enough!. If you have someone who can spot for you then it is okay!. Machine weights are less likely to get you hurt but you won't get results as fast!. The difference is noticeable but still small!. If you do 3 extra reps on the machines as apposed to the free weights you will negate the difference, that is how small it is!.
I recommend starting with balance and stability!. Do isometric exercises, push ups, sit ups, box jumps, basically the stuff without weight for about a month just so your stability is much higher and you can balance free weight without getting hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
