Question: I am athletic and am 5"5 but i was wondering!?
im really atheltic i play football soccer and volleyball i weigh 155 but i definitely DO NOT look like it my friends think im 130 Lbs anyways is that bad!? like im pretty sure most of it is muscle definitely NOT fat and i eat healthy like 800 - 900 calories a day so im wondering what should i do!? and this week im starting soccer winter deveelopment program competitiveness and im playing on my school volleyball teamWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well it isn't healthy to loose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week!. Keep yourself active, maybe go to the gym 3 times a week!. Eat healthy food and keep track of your calories!.
