How much should i do starting out?!
Question: How much should i do starting out!?
I'm 5' 10" and weigh 230!. i need to lose about 60-70 pounds!. and i already eat pretty healthy, so how much should i start off excersising!.

Your body!. Do at least a 1/2 hour (to 1 hour) of workout 4 to 6 days per week!. Try and mix it up between cardio and weights, so you could do 3 days cardio and 3 days weights training!. When exercising make sure you score yourself!. Give at least a 7 out of 10 effort, you'll know if you've achieved this!.
Even though you'll probably lose weight just following a sensible diet like the one above, it's the exercise that will stimulate and speed up your fat loss, so you may even end up losing even more than 2 pounds per week!. I was dropping around 3-4 pounds a week!. Following a sensible diet like this can make you drop fat quickly and maintain it!.
