Can coffee dehydrate you?!

Question: Can coffee dehydrate you!?

I love coffee, it gives me a "rush" because of the caffeine, just wondering if it can dehydrate you!? Like to the point of hospitalization!.!.and i mean like drinking only coffee and no water or anything,

coffee is not your issue as much as the caffeine!. the caffeine in the coffee can dehydrate you and acts as a diuretic so if you have to much of it you will have to "rush' to the toilet!. It will not hospitalize you if you drink coffee without water!. but I would stagger it just to keep your body normal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink a lot of coffee and have for years, and it's never bothered me a bit!. Honest!. I do drink at least two glasses of water each day however!. You need to drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
