Question: What's a proper bicep curl posture!?
my friend and i were arguing about whether the bicep curl was curled to the nose-eye level or chin-shoulder level!. Who's correct!? assume that arms are by the sides, not moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nnooo not nose level it's at shoulder level u wanna keep ur elbow at ur side tight elbow straight out and curl up using only ur arm dont jerk ur back that's for a concentration curl if u add more weight and wanna use ur back a lil that's a cheat curl u can do that too!.!.!.it's a good exercise but u still bring it up to ur shoulderWww@Answer-Health@Com
you curl up to the chin shoulder level!. Make sure you don't use you back into it if its really heavy then you can a bit but not to much or your defeating the purpose!. Don,t just let the weight drop fight the gravity you can really hurt yourself by just dropping it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
