okay i said i think becaus eim not for sure if its baby fat when i was younger ages 5-9 i was super thin and pretty short now im 13 and i went through big changes im taller i gained a bunch of weight not alot but i have a fat tummy and i hate it! i get made fun of alot and it pisses me off and im going to high skool obviously and i want to change so yeah plus i have like this whole year plus summer to exorsise so anyone have suggestions have you been through this before!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, listen kiddo!. you probably weren't watching you diet and excercise, which is pretty important when youre growing up because its easy to gain weight then!.
this is what you do, since youre only 13, it will be easy!!
NO FAST FOOD
no junk food!. 100 calorie pack kindof things are okay
lots of water! it helps cleanse your system (about 8 glasses a day)
eat atleast 3 fruits or veggies a day!. you can make this pretty easy like by eating a salad for lunch or having an apple at nutrition break at school
for excercise:
30 mins on the cross trainer does wonders!. so does running on the treadmill!. excercise 3 times a week, with good ab excercises every night!.!.!.!.!.
this might sound hard but once you get into it its actually really easy an you feel lighter and healthier!.!.!.plus it really helps your skin!! ^_^

The exact same thing happened to me!. I was a really skinny kid and then when I became a teenage I put on weight!. For me, I just watched what I ate a bit more and power walked occasionally!. But as I got taller it became completely unnoticable!. I wouldn't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
