Question: What time should I weigh myself!? AM or PM!?
I mean, everyone obviously weighs less in the morning!. I weigh like 2lbs less in the morning!. Is that my REAL weight!? or is the weight after food cosumption throughout the day my real weight!? I what I weigh in the morning right, then I lost like 8lbs this week!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all you should weigh yourself only ONCE I REPEAT O N C E A WEEK!!!!!! and you should weigh yourself after you gone to the bathroom to do your poo poos (i don t know how to say it in a more gentle way) and with your stomach empty even from water and naked!. many people weigh themselves in the morning because their metabolism is sort of programmed to do their poo in the morning when they wake up, so they also have a totally empty stomach!. try to force yourself for a week to go to the bathroom in the morning when you wake up!. after a week your body will get used to it and it will become sort of a good habit!.
if you start today you can weigh yourself, for example, this monday 3rd and re-weigh next monday 10th to see the difference!. this difference is your real weight loss!. if you weigh yourself every now and then you only see the difference of a stake , a salad or simply a glass of water between in your stomach or out of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Deffinately in the morning when you wakeup and have used the bathroom weigh your self!. you should also REALY consider buying a body fat scale so youll know where the weight you lost was from, muscle, water, or fat!. I have a phonex body fat scale and use it every day it wasnt overly expensive either

Your real weight is when you have your stomach, so you would have to weigh yourself in the morning after you used your washroom and before eating breakfast!. A pro nutritionist would make you weigh without shoes and clothes on!.

Your real weight fluctuates like you already know!. So what you can do is find the average between the two numbers which is 1 and add that to your lowest weight!. Boom - you' ve got the most accurate number for your body!.
