Eat when hungry or count calories?!
Question: Eat when hungry or count calories!?
everyone these days says to eat 5-6 small meals a day, but then other things say to only eat when your hungry!.
my nutritionist tells me to eat 2,000 calories atleast per day!.
but if i eat only when im hungry, my calories dont add up to that because i only eat healthy foods!.
but when i eat 5-6 small meals a day, im eating when im not hungry!.
which is healthier and better for you!?
what should i do!?

Sorry for such a short answer, but eating many small meals in a day serves the purpose of keeping your metabolism up, so I believe that is better for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i count calories because i have a eating disorder and my hunger signals don't work i can go three days+ with out them telling me im hungary because i damage that feeling since i inorged it so much!. It sounds like you might have eating disorder symtoms because their is no healthy foods, i would count calories and then eventually try eating by yourself good luck!.!.i would just stick to eating the tree primary meals breakfeast 6 lunch 12 dinner 6!.
