wow what a wide area to cover!. When you first get to the gym do a worm up and some stretches, these help your muscles and improve your flexibility!. When you get into the gym start with the area of your body that you want to improve the most, after a few excersises you may get tired and not preform as good at the rest!. Go through your workout and hope for the best!.
After working out imedialy take a protein shake, at least 20grams of whey protein!., and stretch!. Go every other day or as many times you want a weeek!. Just make sure there not on consecuative days!. Over tiem you will see improvementWww@Answer-Health@Com

When you wake up!. Push ups and sit ups after stretching followed by an early morning jog!. Think Rocky!. hehe!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
