Question: Does muesli cereal make you put on weight!?
I have a bowl of muesli almost every morning and my friends tell me that I will put too much weight on!.!.is it true!?!? though it does keep me full until lunch!

It's a great and healthy food!. I understand how it can keep you satisfied until lunch!. Though when it comes to putting on weight, it might be likely depending on the mix of ingredients!. Have a look at the packet and read through that!. If you find any kind of whey protein, it might actually weight increase, if you consume it often and without regular exercise!. The formula for losing weight is not difficult - eat less food and workout more - the problems surface when we really try to put that into operation! Well not if you have a tiny potion but muesli is normally quite high in calories (although low in fat etc!. and high in fibre)!. Put it this way it better than a fry up or sugar packed ceriels but not as good as porridge made with water, skim or soy milks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
