Question: What are some strength training moves I should do!?
I'm trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 months!. I also want to get toned!.
If I have a healthy diet and do 40min of cardio (Billy Blanks Cardio Workout) each day!. Do you think I could lose 20 pounds!?!?!?
I always have like an hour of free time!. I'm thinking of doing 15 min of stairclimbing!. Then I have 45 min to do strength moves!. But I have no idea what to do!. Does anyone have a website or something!?!?!?!?

yes you can lose it but losing 20lbs takes a good plan!.
a good plan should involve 3 things:
the CORRECT diet!. more specifically, the proper combination of macronutrients (carbs/protein/fats)
cardio (proper type of cardio based on the above diet)
lifting weights (to maintain and/or build muscle (cuz muscle burns fat))
