Question: How do i lose 10 pounds by Thanksgiving!? 20 bye christmas!?
i need to lose 30 pounds!. but i want at least 20 gone by Christmas!.
will it work if i cut out all junk, and drink all water!? i will also excersise more

learn from wrestlers!.!.!.they have to cut weight and build muscle constantly
when u work out wear sweat pants and sweat shirt or as many layers as possible to get you to sweat more
drink a lot of water cut junk foods
dont starve yourself but truly think about what you eat
natural sugars from fruit are better than man made ones and vegetables are your friend eat plenty of carrots and celery (celery and peanut butter is amazing because peanuts will give you preotein and energy)
my friend lost 10 lbs in one day of working out but the thing is you have to support what you lose and losing to much is unhealthy
just keep at it and know that even though it is hard it is worth it because once you start losing weight your metabolism speeds up and it becomes easier for you to lose itWww@Answer-Health@Com

The key for losing those excess pounds is easy - eat less and workout more often - the problems arise when we really try to put that into practice! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the real world don't you think!?!
