Question: Has anyone lost weight just by counting calories!?

Actually, i've heard that you get a better chance of gaining more weight from counting calories!. I don't understand why, but research shows that calorie counting increases your chances of gaining weight!.
Instead, just try excercising more and eating less unhealthy food!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
