Question: Are fry ups really unhealthy if i grill everything instead of fry!?
For example:
Grilled tomato and mushrooms
1 grilled sausage
2 rashers of grilled bacon
2 oven baked hash browns
2 scrambled eggs
baked beans!.
I am aware that this is not super healthy, but is it really all that bad if its all grilled!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What's bad about frying is if you use high-fat/high-cholesterol oil!. While in grilling, you might get carcinogens!. A little of both won't harm you, though!. I prefer grilled foods btw!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's the fat that is the probem!. All the foods you mention will contain fat, and also too much salt overall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
