You should be in the range of 100-140 and exercise should be normal, not everyday maybe every other day!. Food you should eat is regular!. Don't eat alotta junk food, eat healthy stuff and eat the junk food in moderation!. That is just an estimate of pounds so I'm not exact on that, sorry!. I hope my answer helped!. If your not that weight above that's ok, but you should alwways get exercise every other day and eat junky stuff in moderation no matter what age or weight you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the minimum you need to eat would probably be around 1600 calories, but that would be diet limit!. Regular limit would be maybe 2000, more so if you are active!. you such exercise at least 1/2 hour three or four times a week!.

dont be as skinny as me!. im 5' 11" and about 120 pounds!. not intentionally, my matabolism is just through the roof!. I think that 110 or 115 would be ideal!. of course, im not sure since im a guy who eats about 5 pounds for every meal!. and definitely exercise when you can!. you can never be too in shape!. I would recommend something like jogging!. im currently bench pressing, and you could do that, as long as you didn't mind being a super muscley girl!. They can be cool, but everyone knows the stereotypes, and honestly, i get a little put off by super muscular women!. just me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
im almost 5 feet and i almost weigh 100 ponds, soo u should probably weigh aroundd 107-130 dont eat "minimum" just dont eat really bad!. eat breakfast lunch dinner and a snack, and just try to do sports, if not try to do some kinda exercise every day(;Www@Answer-Health@Com
Healthy weight for an adult at 5'2 is 109 to 137!.You are still growing, so exercise and eat smart!.Don't only eat like 50 calories a day or anything like that but don't eat like 35000!.Treadmill is not an exercise to help with weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
