Question: How would you lose weight on a treadmill!?
Ok i know this questions been asked 500 times but i just want a clear response, if i wanted to lose some weight, what would be better
Running full speed for 3km, which is what ive been doin everyday 5 times a week, or one of them interval running which i could probably go with for about 5km!?

There is no BEST way to lose weight!. There are many effective methods of going about dropping weight, but it comes down to creating a negative caloric balance (meaning you're burning more calories than you take in)!.
One thing you might want to try, and that I would definitely suggest, is to add weight training to your program!. The more lean muscle you have, the higher you metabolism is at rest!. The higher your metabolism at rest, the more calories you burn throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
