Question: What's the healthy weight range for women & men!?
I mean if a guy is 185 cm is it normal for his weight to be 75kg sometimes and 80kg other times!?(like depending on the food and work life) Or a woman!? I mean is it healthy for the weight to change from time to time 3-5 kg up & down or it's much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
