Question: If you have a tummy and do many sit-ups, but no aerobic exercise, will the tummy get flatter!?

The answer is no!. You cannot spot-reduce weight from a particular area of your body!. Cardiovascular exercise reduces overall fat and will eventually make it's way down to your stomach!.

No situps will build up core muscles but if you do not put that along with aerobic or cardio workouts too nothing will happen because your jsut building muscle under the fat so if you want to get results i recomend eating healthy and do running or other cardio workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Technically, tightening your stomach muscles would possibly give a flatter appearance by virtue of your abs not sagging!. However its probably not the "flatter" your are invisioningWww@Answer-Health@Com
