Question: Slow metabolism !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I'm 13 and i weight about 98lbs i gained weight recently so i'm trying to get it off but i have a slow metabolism, i know there are people in the 120's that are my age and height (5'2) but i'm a yo-yo dieter so i lost about 14lbs since last year, so how can i speed up my metabolism using a way that doesn't involve eating certain types of food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every 2-3 hours eat! Breakfast then snack then lunch then snack then dinner then snack!. But by snack i dont mean chips, cookies and all sorts of crap food!. Have a fruit, then chocolate bar/ 100% chocolate are the best/ then some salad or yogurt!. Start eating whole grain bread, eat randomly, search foods rich in proteins, carbohydrates, nutrition foods as well!. DRINK WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1!.5 liters a day is the bare minimum! and lastly walk A LOT =] It wouldnt hurt if you exercise at least once a week =] Www@Answer-Health@Com
everyday when you wake up drink 1 glass of Warm water with lemon!.
whole day drink only warm water in-place of cold & normal water!.

I heard exercising in the morning speeds up your metabolism!. Also, adding lemon juice to your water sppeds it up to!. I'm not 100% sure though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
