Is my diet & lifestyle good or bad?!
Question: Is my diet & lifestyle good or bad!?
My lifestyle is very active & i keep myself in good shape i think, I run a flower growing & breeding business 6-7 days a week & its very physically demanding, I also workout on every weekday, normally alternating my weight training each day from upper body to lower body & abs, on top of that I swim for 2 hours thursday evening & sunday afternoon I teach full contact weapons for 3-4 hours!.
I always make sure i have 7-8 hours sleep every night!. My body feels great & I am always fully charged & ready to go every morning, I have a low body fat percentage with a six pack & I am more satisfied with my body every week!.
MY DIET
5:15-5:30am - 1 piece of wholegrain bread with 25% less fat peanut butter, 1/2 cup of organic oats with water (no sugar) & protien shake (250ml skim milk) 1 multi vitamin tablet!.
8:45am - protien shake (350ml skim milk)
12:00pm - natural protien shake (200ml fat free soy milk) 3 eggs, serve of steamed vegetables (carrotts, cauliflower, green beans) 2 pieces of wholegrain bread (no butter) 1 fresh tomatoe & a little pickled pepper on the side!.
3-3:30pm - (after workout) protien shake (300ml skim milk) 1/2 cup of oats (with water)
6-6:30pm - 3-4 pieces of grilled chicken or fish, serve of vegetables (steamed) 2 pieces of wholegrain bread, 1/2 tomatoe & a little tartare sauce!.
8:00pm - 1/2 cup of natural oatbran (water) with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter added!.
9:30-10:00pm - (sleep time) protien shake (my normal protien is Redbak complete protien which has calcium caseinate & miscellar casein so I keep my body anabolic as i sleep)
Usually on thursdays I have sushi for dinner & for sunday dinner i have some beef, I only drink water with all my meals & always sipping on water throughout the day, I also might have a glass of aleo vera around 9pm every night & I don't drink alcohol!.
I never loose my appetite & enjoy all the food I eat, I guess the only problem I feel is that I am hungry all the time!.

Just drink water to seem more full!. I try and maintain a good diet too and it is really hard but you got to remain consistent!. I know what its like and I really respect your lifestyle!. Good for you keep up the good work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dont use vitamin tablets,eat vegies and fresh fruits!.Why are u eating peanut butter !? U have to know what it gives to u and how much energy!.!.otherwise ur training is crap!.But yes u know what ur doing and keep it up!.!.just dont eat fat food :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
