Question: I want to lose weight but not for me!?
I want to lose weight but not for the right reasons i s'pose i want to lose weight to get someone to like me more i know pathetic, and the person never said if u lose weight i would like u but i feel like he would have more interest in me if i was thin, is this Dumb!? yea prolly isWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you are obviously ashamed of your weight or this wouldn't come into your mind!. It is not dumb and everybody has something about them that they dislike!.
Have a look in the mirror and do some research and find out if you really do need to lose weight!. If you do, try going on a healthy diet, limit junk food because we really don't need that anyway!. Also, try going for a few runs!. I know this probably doesn't sound that much fun but it is honestly the best way to lose weight and it will make you feel so much better about yourself!.
If you do these things and become more confident in yourself the guy will probably like you more and find you more fun to be around because you wont be worrying about what you look like!. If this guy doesn't notice you, I say your probably just too good for him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not say this is dumb!. From what you say it seems you might be a little insecure about your weight to begin with!. If this is the motivation you need to do it I would say go for it because even if the person doesn't end up liking you, you will feel accomplished if you set a goal and reach it!. This will give you more confidence and you may begin to feel happier as a person!. It is always good to set goals for yourself and strive to achieve them!. Maintain hemoglobin level as your doctor says
Take more fruits & vegetables
Use brown breads or whole grains products
Minimize dairy product
