Creatine and Protein?!
Question: Creatine and Protein!?
I am 18 and a vegetarian, so i don't get much protein and stuff from food!. I have been working out 6 days a week for 2 months and have seen a little results!. I am trying to get bigger arms and less belly!. I was thinking about taking Creatine CE2 Hi- Def and a Protein shake with 3 grams of Creatine!. I want to alternate between them, like CE2 on Monday and Protein shake on tuesday, then CE2 on Wednesday!.!.!. Do you think this is a good idea!? Also CE2 says it won't bloat or give me a puffy look, is this true!?!?

Protein shake in a morning, one before the gym, one immediately after and one before bed!.
Creatine- 1 gramm 5x a day, after 8 weeks have one week off!.
