Peanuts, or nuts in general, are often way higher in calories than people realise when nibbling on them!. They're not so good for bulking though, as they tend to make people fat!.
As someone who produces diet and exercise software (www!.biggly!.com) I'm somewhat biased in my advice but really there's no subsitute for having a handy reference table and recording what you eat for a few weeks, then seeing what adjustments work best for you!.

I can only guess, from your question, that you want to bulk up!? If so I'd suggest the mass gain powders out there to start with, on top of what you normally eat!. It's a very easy way to add the protein and calories without a lot of extra cooking, washing up and feeling bloated!. Not to mention you don't need much of an appetite to down a drink, while yet another plate of chicken that can get to be a bit much ;o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
