Stupid question, I know!.
But, on days when there is a blizzard outside, or a rain storm, or something to that extent!. Should I run in place!? Or, will this do nothing for me!.

on rainy days i think i'd rather do traditional exercises!.!.!.!. sit ups, cruches, weight lifting!.!.!. or use a treadmill!.

no it will take a long time for to take effect and then it will only do in some parts of your legs!.
instead, try dancing!.!.!.!.especially BELLY DANCING! it sounds weird, but see this video:

it looks a bit slutty, but she is really skinny and has a good body, right!? it is amazing for your waists and hips (they will be tiny) look up more videos or google like this to start doing it!. if you don't want to do this particular style, just turn on the radio and dance like u would if you were in a club or whatever!. your body will be like a graceful dancer's!.
