Question: How much weight does my sister need to lose!?
she is 11 and she is 169 lb!. she was always big-boned, but she has a big belly!. she is starting to go onto weight watchers, but she will probably cheat when nobody is looking!. trust me, i know her!. SO wut should i do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

have her start like an exercise program!. ( not like the gym, like dance, tumbling gymnastics or if she is the tom boy then do like soccer, basketball you get where im going!.
i would also strongly suggest that you guys all start weight watchers so she doesn't have a low confidence level after she loses her weight and have it as a family thing, not her!. because young girls always ( ALWAYS ) think there fat no matter if they are 40 pounds!.
you don't want to make it worse cause she probably curses herself in secret every night!.

Try joining a gym, she needs a lot of support because being young and overweight usually means she is getting teased at school!. If you can't join a gym, walk, rollerblade, anything with activity!.

Introduse her to healthy foods and show her that exsersizing can be fun!. Giv her snacks like string cheese and things like that!. Maybe put her in a dance class or somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com
