about 20-25 pounds in a month and a half!? I work out almost every day!. I do about an hour every day!. or more!. Once in awhile i'll take a couple days off in between!.
I also have another question!. Will I eventually stop or come to a set point where it will be harder to keep losing!? I'm already at a normal weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think its too much to lose in a month and a half unless you're doing something unhealthy like not eating and working out Alto and yes you will eventually plato but don't worry about it sooner or later you will start to lose weight again prolly not as much as when you first started but you will lose weight just eat right and exercise P!.S i know from experience i lost a bunch of weight when i joined my schools track team last year (^__^)Www@Answer-Health@Com
