Question: How to lose some weight!?
Okay I am 16 and I'm not obese but I'm definitely not skinny either!. I guess you could say I'm comfortable with my arms and legs, but my stomach not so much!. I know you can't just loose weight from a certain area but I need to know how to lose weight safely and effectively!. I try to walk on the treadmill 30 minutes 5 times a week!. Also I am trying to change my eating habits!. Any suggestions!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
