Question: How can I lose thigh fat!?
I'm really skinny!. And I eat a LOT!. But my thighs are bothering me!. They are getting a lot of fat on them!. I've stopped eating a lot of food!. Not like in an anorexic way!. I'm eating salads and I don't eat 5 meals a day anymore!. Btw I used to be 95 pounds and I'm 19!. So I just want to know how to reduce my thighs!. Nothing too drastic!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you eat a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis you should be ok!. I agree with the guy below, you CANNOT spot reduce fat on your body, what a shame eh!? Squats, lunges, dead lifts (high reps with low weights to tone rather than to build muscle!) and going up the stairs two at a time can help to tone your thighs and butt too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, you cant chose where the weight comes off of first!.!.!.your genetic history has determined that for you already!.!.!.so blame your ancestors!.!.!.so, just get some exercise!.!.!.!.squats and dead lifts will help in toning the thighsWww@Answer-Health@Com
