No its not healthy to skip dinner!. you don't have to have a big breakfast
if you do a small healthy snack every two hours you will give your body what it needs to keep your energy level up drink water when you eat dinner don't over do it!. don't eat anymore for the rest of the night if you get hungry drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i love breakfast, and never leave the house without eating first!.
if you dont like dinner, then just eat breakfast, then smaller meals or like protein snacks throughout the rest of the day to be healthy!.
dont skip meals, it only puts on weight an slows down metobolism!.

No, it's better to eat more small meals than fewer big ones!. It prevents big swings in blood sugar levels and overeating when you do eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
