Workout question????!
Question: Workout question!?!?!?!?
I used to be skinny, but i've gained muscle!. The only part of me that isn't normal is the forearm muscle that is closest to my wrist!. The rest of my forearm is muscular, but that part is still really skinny!. How can i work that muscle out!? Preacher curls, wrist curls, and squeezing a ball don't work that muscle out at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright this is what you do forearm curls are great get like 25lb weights sit with feet on floor rest forearm on thigs and have wrist curled over kneeand bend down and up both ways palm up and palm down until ui feel burn which is what i did to get a bigger wrist/forearmWww@Answer-Health@Com
