I think both would be good, but after would be better than before!. Before working out carbohydrates are good for energy, and after a work out Protein is good for muscle building!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Both! When you lift, you tear muscle!. The muscle eventually heals, but it would doubtlessly heal faster if you already have a good amount of protein in your system!. I usually eat a little before working out, and more afterwards!.

The only thing u should ear before exercising/workout are fruits, this is to have energy to go longer and start off refreshed!. After wards you eat your muscle builders and repairers!. Also make sure if your gonna sleep do it 5 hours after exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should eat after, but you should never work out on an empty stomach!. If you do have an empty stomach, plan to eat a banana beforehand and then after you should eat more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
