Question: I quit smoking, gained weight!?

It's better to have gained a little weight than to be smoking!. Were you normal before, and overweight now!? Or were you underweight and are now normal!? If you were underweight than it's good you gained some weight and it might take some time getting used to, but you are healthier this way!. It's more likely smoking was keeping you thin though, so if you are now 20 pounds heavier I think that shows that your lifestyle hasn't healthy in other ways either!. To lose weight, exercise!. If you are actually motivated you will keep doing it!. Also, cut out junk food!. Maybe have one day a week where you allow yourself something normally considered unhealthy but on other days stick to eating healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok, one of my colleague stopped smoking within one month, he was very proud of this, but died within two and half month!. Most of my colleagues stoped smoking and get fat, and gained some sickness that they do not have bebore!. So you better no change your accustomed habit, because your body is already suit your long habit!. i think no change is better, or change very very slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it happens!. smoking and nicotine help craving for food, but kills you also!. so instead of smoking, eat some apples and go for jogs once in a while, few sit ups never hurt anyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be because when you were stressed you'd have a cigarette but now you go to food!. So try to eat healthy and pay attention the when you eat
