Question: Overeating and then overexercising!?
Im curious about something, lately I have been eating a lot more than usual (2500 calories a day, usually binge on things like peanuts, pretzels, chocolate) and was wondering if I eat like this and still do 3 to 4 hrs of cardio, will I gain bulky muscle!. I was told by someone that when you overeat and than do lots of cardio that you will get very bulky and even still get fat!. Is this true!? I am an 18 yr old female if it helps!. No, your muscle tone will be good but as you are a girl and lacking the growth hormone Testosterone (or at least sufficient quantities) you will not get bulky muscles!.
If you are eating an excess of calories though (i!.e!. not burning enough off) you will put on some fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
