im 15, 5'8, 140lbs!. i'm playing basketball next school year!. im thinking about drinking protein shakes after i work out 4 days a week!. is this a good idea!? how can i spread out 2000 calories or more over 5-6 meals!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein shakes do not build muscles, they help to repair them so you can work out more often and fills in torn parts which prevents injury!.
