I workout quite a bit and love it!. it pays off cuz im maintained a size 2 for the longest time!.!.!.the hardest part is the stomach area!.!.!.i have a flat stomach but i want them toned!.!.!.not grossly muscular !.!. just toned!.!.!.

stomach vaccums
all cunches on a decline + weighted (3 x 10-15), hold vaccums as long as you can!. if you have fat on your stomach, pretty much avoid ab work and do more cardio, you won't build much muscle when losing fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
