So I recently weight myself and I gained like 10lbs!!!

when I was losing weight - I had a good breakfast and a big lunch - most of the time I skipped dinner or I would have a bowl of cereal or a small salad and drink plenty of water - nothing two hours before bed time and going to bed the same time each night - no sodas except doing lunch then no more than two - I had teaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go on the Weight Watchers Diet!.

My parents did it, and there results were awesome! i mean seriously, if i need to loose some poundage, i would use weight watchers! they lost like 20 pounds in like a month, and that is pretty good! and don't take diet pills, they are just unhealthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have been working out, it could mean muscles!. dont use scales, theyre realy outdated!. u should buy those specialised ones that show What % water, % muscle, % fat , % oxygen etc!.
