jojo doesnt know what their talking about
usually, sore muscles are a result of lactic acid buildup from anaerobic respiration!.
it is also delayed onset muscle soreness which is generally at its worst after the first 2 days you worked out
some people do think its from when the muscle responds to training by reinforcing its self up to, and above its previous strength by increasing the size of muscle fibers
the reinforcement process usually causes the cells to swell in there "compartment" and put pressure on the nerves and arteries!.!.!.which produce pain and soreness
it is frequently said to be caused by lactic acid buildup but
the real reason is unknown, but most people just guess its this
you can workout when your sore
BUT it might be discomforting, you will experience strength loss and youll be stiff and youll be sore longer than you would if you didnt!. i personally workout bodyparts once a week
you can also get sore from stretching to much!.
and you cant get stronger from stretchingWww@Answer-Health@Com

soreness means ur muscle has been working harder than normal!.!.wich tears the muscle!.!. so if its torn (hurts like hell the next day) ur body has to rebuild it!.!. new tissue will come back stronger!.!. but depending on what type of workout you were doing the muscle will react

if you make ur muscles respond to long and light weight workouts!.!. they get stronger and look more toned

if you make them deal with heavier weights and shorter periods of time!.!. they realize the muscle needs to grow in order to handle the extra weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
