Can anyone hekp me with my fitness homework please?!?!


Question: Can anyone hekp me with my fitness homework please!?!!?
I got a packet i need to complete and i just dont understand it!. theres a part where you have to give advice to someone in a situation!? any help:


1!. If it is summertime and hot outside and your friend wants to wear a rubber suit what advice would oyu give her!? [ like what else could she wear that would be appropriate]

2!. In addition to wearing the rubber suit, your friend tells you that she is taking salt tablets every day to help replace the salt she loses while jogging, what kind of advice could you give to that!?

3!. If your jogging and it is an extremely hot day, and you start to feel weak, dizzy and chilled what is the problem and what should you do!?


4!. Your uncle is 45 years old and says he is starting a new jogging program is going to start jogging 5 miles!.!. wwhats the advice you could give to that!?

5!. what should someone consider in jogging in 20 degrees weather!?

6!. Your friend is complaining of muscle soreness after she preforms her weight training exersise you notice her laying down immediatley after preforming her last exercise what advice shoudl you give her!?

Answers:
A rubber suit will trap in heat and not allow you to sweat to cool off, that is very bad on a hot day!. You do not want to suffer heat exhaustion!.

Salt tablets will also dehydrate your friend, thus increasing the chance of having a heat stroke or becoming dehydrated!.

If your Jogging on an extremely hot day and your starting to feel weak, your mostly like dehydrated!. You could also be suffering from a low blood sugar!. In both cases you will need water though in the low blood sugar case you would want a drink with sugar - like gatorate or any juice!.


If your Uncle is 45 and wants to start jogging 5 miles a day I'd tell him to slow down!. He would give himself a heart attack!. Tell him to walk 2 miles the first time!. Then slowly build up where he walks and runs the same 2 miles - alternating between the 2!. This way he slowly builds up to running 5 miles!.


Someone jogging in 20 degree weather may want to consider eating more food!. That way he or she has more calories to burn for heat on top on the calories needed for energy!. The human body will burn more calories in colder climate just for heat!. If it's cold outside and your working out, you will need a lot of calories!.

If your friend is complaining of muscle soreness afer she preforms her weight training exercises I'd tell her to eat more before and after he workout!. It would seem likely she is running on low blood sugar!. A meal full of carbs 1-2 hours before working out should help!. If that doesn't cure it drinking a sports drink like gatorade while working out should do the trick!.
