Stairmaster is definitely good for tightening!. And of course lunges and squats!. And deadlifts!! It plumps the butt up making it larger and tighter!. Also it if you want it to get larger go for high weights and low reps!. When its as big as you want it switch to low weights and high repts to shape it a bit more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey there , there is no machine that will make ur butt larger and firmer !. So here is some advice , do 20 squats in the morning and 20 squats before u go to bed and do it for about 2 months and u should see some progress happining and let me say Good Luck to you and make that butt larger and firmer hun!. Doing lunges properly will help you focus on the buttock area!. You also should try and look for a machine that does hip extension exercises!.
