Question: Yesterday i workout on my chest!.But, Today I didn't feel sore and just only little stiff!.Why!?
I'm doing:
Flat dumbbell flies 3x 25-30
Flat dumbbell press3x 25-30
Or maybe chest are tough part to do workout!? I don't know, that's why I asking you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your body is getting to use to the weight your using!.!.!.maybe you need to up the weight alittle so u get the same effect as u did before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You aren't working hard enough!. Do you have a spotter!? If not get a spotter so you can really push yourself to the limit and lift heavier weights without worrying about choking yourself with the barbell!.
Do flat benchpress and inclined benchpress for a start, wide and narrow grip, and I'm sure you'll find plenty more exercises out there to work your chest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stick to 8 - 12 reps and try to lift more each week!. 25 reps should only be used as a warm up set before you do the following:
Incline D Press 3 x 8 - 12
Flat D Press 3 x 8 - 12
Incline D Fly 3 x 12 (IMO incline fly works better than flat but eveyone is diferent)Www@Answer-Health@Com
