ive never tried it myself but everyone i know who has has had great results!. Ive tried the P90 program and that was intense too!.

I know a couple people who swear by it, I have burned copies but never tried it!. Supposed to be pretty hard core, I would see if someone you know has it so you can try it out before spending all the money on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
