Answers:
"any machine suggestions!?"
Nope!. Machines force your body into unnatural positions (if your body doesn't create the movement personally, then it's not natural for you)!. They isolate parts of the body!. Why isolate when you can work the body as a whole!? They also don't activate muscle stabilizers!. These important muscles are put to work when you do freeweight exercises!. In a machine, the nuts and bolts do it for you!.

"i don't want to look like hulk"
Well, you won't because the hulk is a fictional character!. So many people, especially women, avoid weights because they think they will get bulky!. Do you think it's easy to get a body like that!? Do you think you will "accidentally" lift to much one day and wake up looking like the hulk!? You make it sound like getting big is easy!. It's not!. Bodybuilders eat massive amounts of food, train for hours a day, and usually take a lot of steroids!.

Take a look at the programs below!. You will get stronger with these, increase your metabolism and if you watch what you eat, you will not get that much bigger!. Doing Stronglifts burns some serious calories!. Doing 10 pushups and 20 crunches a day does not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
