Question: HELP!!Good toning exercises!?
Well, I am working my way to get into a bikini!.!.worse case scenario a tankini lol!.!.I have a LOT of work to do to get there I am pretty chubby, I weigh 133 and I am 5'5 I know that is a healthy weight but I don't like the way I look trust me!.!.too fat lol!.!.any way I do at least an hour of cardio a day on the elliptical and treadmill I have been doing this for about a month and have lost about 10 pounds with lowering my calorie intake and exercise!. I just need some reaallly reallly good workouts to firm up everything while I lose the fat! and I have been lifting weights as well I am looking to get some good results by march or april I probably wont be pleased until some time around may though :(!.!.so please help me out here!.!.I'm very serious about this, no giving up! ughh and I have too much celulite!

Wow do you really think you look fat!? I believe you look great you are very pretty! Well if you want some good exercises I would recommend you compound exercises, as these are the ones taht show fast results!. Some examples are squats and lunges!. If you want to have a better upper body you could start doing some exercises such as chin ups, dips and of course push-ups!. These exercises will make you look even better in no time! And of course you could do some abs exercises, the better ones scientifically proven are Bycicle Manouver, Reverse Crunches, Captain's Chair Crunches, etc!. And well in order to look more "toned" you should get your body fat percentage to about 12% or less!. If you need any help in your diet or building a routine just msg me! you're really not fat at all, you have a nice figure you just need to tone up a bit
